Keeping an open mind is the most important step when learning to listen to divine guidance.
Anyone who has asked for divine guidance knows that it can be challenging to trust it when it comes. This is because divine guidance comes in many forms and it is sometimes hard to locate it. We aren’t sure if we are meant to trust our thoughts, our feelings, our dreams, or our intuitions to be the carriers of divine wisdom. We are not sure if advice from a friend is the form in which the guidance has come into the world, or if our own opinion is the source of wisdom we need to take seriously. The ability to sort all this out comes with trial and error, and the best way to learn to recognize divine guidance is to engage in the process of asking and receiving.
Sometimes when we ask for guidance, we already have a sense of what we want to hear. At such times, receiving guidance can be difficult, because we don’t want to hear anything that appears to be in opposition to our desire. Therefore, one of the most important qualities we need to cultivate if we are to receive guidance is an open mind. It helps to acknowledge what we want, and then to symbolically set it aside, making room for whatever wisdom comes through to us.
Cultivating an active relationship with the divine is the essential ingredient to being able to receive and trust guidance when it comes our way. We can make a daily practice of this by using a set of runes, a deck of cards, or a pendulum. We can also use our journals, developing a relationship with the divine through the written word. As we request and receive guidance, we might take notes on our experiences. Over time we will begin to recognize when we were able to hear correctly and when we were not. In this way, we will gradually attune ourselves to our particular relationship with the divine. Begin to trust the guidance you are receiving and soon you will find it flowing with ease.
If we are to have true peace in the world, we must first find it within ourselves.
Most people agree that a more peaceful world would be an ideal situation for all living creatures. However, we often seem stumped as to how to bring this ideal situation into being. If we are to have true peace in this world, each one of us must find it in ourselves first. If we don’t like ourselves, for example, we probably won’t like those around us. If we are in a constant state of inner conflict, then we will probably manifest conflict in the world. If we have fighting within our families, there can be no peace in the world. We must shine the light of inquiry on our internal struggles, because this is the only place we can really create change.
When we initiate the process of looking inside ourselves for the meaning of peace, we will begin to understand why it has always been so difficult to come by. This in itself will enable us to be compassionate toward the many people in the world who find themselves caught up in conflicts both personal and universal. We may have an experience of peace that we can call up in ourselves to remind us of what we want to create, but if we are human we will also feel the pull in the opposite direction—the desire to defend ourselves, to keep what we feel belongs to us, to protect our loved ones and our cherished ideals, and the anger we feel when threatened. This awareness is important because we cannot truly know peace until we understand the many tendencies and passions that threaten our ability to find it. Peace necessarily includes, even as it transcends, all of our primal energy, much of which has been expressed in ways that contradict peace.
Being at peace with ourselves is not about denying or rejecting any part of ourselves. On the contrary, in order to be at peace we must be willing and able to hold ourselves, in all our complexity, in a full embrace that excludes nothing. This is perhaps the most difficult part for many of us, because we want so much to disown the negative aspects of our humanity. Ironically, though, true peace begins with a willingness to take responsibility for our humanity so that we might ultimately transform it in the light of our love

There are times when we might feel the need to wash away all of our troubles and call forth freshness into our lives. Since perhaps the most cleansing substance on this earth is water, we can think of the joy rain brings as an energetic bath, rejuvenating our minds, bodies and souls. Just being able to spend a few moments every time it rains to become aware of the healing powers water brings to us can renew us in so many ways. As we do this we will find that the more we appreciate the universe’s gift to us in the form of rain, the more we can see that a gentle rain shower is a strong reflective tool that has the ability to cleanse our entire being.
The next time it rains might be a good chance to experience the rain through all of your senses, allowing you to truly understand just how truly important each and every drop of water is. First, take a few minutes to look outside and notice how each individual raindrop seems to come down in a continual stream. By noticing this you can contemplate how it takes many small accomplishments to create the whole of your existence, for nothing exists in isolation. Then you might wish to focus your attention on the sound of the rainfall, letting the sounds of drops penetrate into the innermost recesses of your self. Listening in this way may bring you a greater sense of connection with nature and the world around you, knowing that the sounds you hear are an integral part of not just the physical sustenance you require but also nourish your spirit as well.
Consciously using our senses to feel nature’s healing energy as it comes to us in the form of rain is an act of internal cleansing. Just as the rain physically washes over the earth and rinses out any impurities and imperfections, so it also bathes our spirit in the joy that comes from knowing that we are in fact one with the world around us
In his second year of neuroscience grad school, Greg Dunn was moonlighting with a different kind of experiment: blowing ink across pieces of paper. The neuron-like pattern it formed was instantly recognizable to him as a neuroscientist. “Ink spreads because it wants to go in the direction of less resistance, and that’s probably also the case of when branches grow or neurons grow,” he says. “The reason the technique works really well is because it’s directly related to how neurons are actually behaving.”
Dunn calls this the “fractal solution to the universe,” which he sees as the “fundamental beauty of nature.” He’s fascinated that this branching pattern holds true across orders of magnitude, whether that’s nanometers for neurons, centimeters for ink, or meters for a tree branch.
Since graduating with his PhD last fall, Dunn has continued to spend his days with neurons—big, golden ones ten thousand times the size of neurons in your brain. The former University of Pennsylvania grad student now creates paintings of neurons for a living.

It’s nighttime and I’ve got my eye on you
But now the nights over and there’s two of you
What are we gonna do?
What are we gonna do?
Why’d you have to look so good
Act so good
Taste so good
And your cousin too
So tonight’s a good time
For a bad time
I need you tonight
Will you be mine?
Oh yeah, and your cousin too
Gotta think in threes, multiplicities
These games are fun and I’m a good learner too
Damn top of my pack in this town
Talk of the town but what we do nobody else will be around
So let’s fly through the night
And dream ourselves the night. Away
so sick and tired of watching these. how fun to be fast and agile! yes yes yes
There’s totally a guy at the West Hollywood Starbucks that comes in here and I swear he looks like someone dressed for vacation, and and someone dressed like they’re on vacation always make you feel a certain way. The way we react to visual effects attracts emotion in us.
93% OF LANGUAGE IS NOT VERBAL it is with body language.
So if that’s true, If i want an objective reached, i need to be real with whether my answers are right or not, and when it comes to sex, they’re not. I’m totally not experienced. I barely know a thing! This is going to make the new forms of body postures and body changes to allow for the new goals and objectives to be reached.
Being horny is just an emotion- use it like you use the others.
Fuck College.
I don’t want to work, I don’t want to do anything except for what I want. But when you get out of the bubble you will raise your consciousness and accept the options and opportynities given to you. It is a beautiful world. enjoy the colors. Really, it’s ridiculously important to harness you chi in Los Angeles, because of the high rate of stress, work, muscular tension, and mental one pointedness.
The BASIC FUNDAMENTALS of ONE POINTED CONCENTRATION
allows me to be more aware of the position of my limbs and my body. To allow myself to feel my body fully and feel all those little limb areas like find where the shoulder rotator muscles in my body are.
It’s crazy because I’m sure my left arm lags all the time slowing me down over and over again. But than it picks up because it like wakes up when I move it around and it gets bettler and better as i relax it to what it is.
Screaming I haven’t heard people screaming in such a long time it’s totally about time to start fucking and screaming for the new consciousness and everything. What can you pick up on me. It’s harder to find a female communicator to the world but let me communicate baby with single pointedness on where my limbs are and how i hold my muscles. It’s totally interesting to watch me but it’s way better to work out with two.
Ok back to the subject

Picasso had his blue period. Let’s just call this my embittered phase. The excerpts below from the monologues entitled Life is Worth Losing and You are All Diseased clearly shows that George Carlin who, as anyone who has followed his career over the years knows always lives on the edge, has obviously gone off the deep end. I have removed some of the more virulent words against wealth and America which I consider childishly niave. I print it here because … . . well I don’t exactly know why I print it here. Be forewarned if the politically incorrect offends you do not read any further just surf onto the next web site.
politicians have traditionally hidden behind three things: the flag the bible and children. No child left behind. It wasn’t long ago you were talking about giving kids a head start. Head start, left behind, someone’s losing fucking ground here. But there’s a reason, there’s a reason that education sucks and there’s a reason it will never, ever, ever be fixed. Never gonna get any better, don’t look for it. Be happy with what you got. Because the owners of his country don’t want that. I’m talkin about the real owners that control things and make all the important decisions. Forget the politicians, the politicians are put there to give you the idea that you have freedom of choice. You don’t. You have no choice. You have owners, they own you. They own everything… . they own all the big media companies so they control just about all of the news and information you get to hear… .I’ll tell you what they don’t want, they don’t want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking, they don’t want well informed, well educated people capable of critical thinking. They’re not interested in that, that doesn’t help them. That’s against their interests… . They don’t want that. They want obedient workers. Obedient workers. People who are just smart enough to run the machines and do the paper work …It’s a big club, and you ain’t in it! You and I are not in the big club. By the way it’s the same big club they use to beat you over the head with all day long when they tell you what to believe, all day long beating you over the head in their media telling what to believe, what to think and what to buy. The table is tilted folks, the game is rigged, and nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care.
Something else I’m getting tired of is all this stupid bullshit we have to listen to about children that’s all you hear in this country: children, help the children, what about the children, save the children… . .They’re getting entirely too much attention. And I know what you’re thinking, Jesus he’s not going to attack children is he? YES HE IS!! He’s going to attack children! And remember this is Mr. Conductor talking. I know what I’m talking about. I know what I’m talking about. And I also know all you single dads and soccer moms who think you’re such fuckin heroes aren’t going to like this but somebody’s gotta tell you for you’re own good, You’re children are overrated and overvalued you’ve turned them into little cult objects, you have a child fetish, and it’s not healthy. And don’t give me that weak shit, well I love my children, Fuck you, everybody loves their children, doesn’t make you special, …. What I’m talking about is this constant mindless yammering in the media, this neurotic fixation that somehow everything EVERYTHING has to revolve around children. It’s completely out of balance… . . Today’s kids are way too soft, for one thing there’s too much emphasis on safety. Child proof medicine bottles and fire proof pajamas, child restraints and car seats, and helmets bicycles, skateboard, the baseball helmets, kids have to wear helmets now for everything but jerkin off. Grownups have taken all the fun out of being a kid … . It’s pathetic. It’s pathetic. What’s happening is these baby boomers, these soft, fruity baby boomers are raising an entire generation of soft, fruity kids who aren’t even allowed to have hazardous toys for chrissakes. Hazardous toys, shit, what ever happened to natural selection, survival of the fittest, the kid who swallows too many marbles doesn’t grow up to have kids of his own. Simple as that… . . Here’s another bunch of ignorant shit, school uniforms, bad theory. The idea that if kids wear uniforms to school it helps keep order. Don’t these schools do enough damage making these kids think alike, now there gonna get em to look alike too. And it’s not a new idea, I first saw it in old news reels from the 1930s but it was hard to understand because the narration was in German. One more item about childen, and that is this superstious nonsense that blames tabacco companies for kids who smoke, listen, kids don’t smoke because a camel in sunglasses tells them to. They smoke for the same reason adults do, because it relieves anxiety and depression. And you’d be anxious and depressed to if you had to put up with these pathetic insecure striving anal yuppie parents who enroll you in college before you’re old enough to know which side of the playpen smells the worst. And then they fill you full of Ritalin and drag you all over town in search of meaningless structure. Little league, cub scouts, swimming, soccer, karate, piano, bagpipes, water colors, witchcraft, glass blowing, and dildo practice. They even have play dates for chrissakes. Playing is now done by appointment. …. Hey, no wonder kids smoke, it helps… . You know it’s true. Parents are burning these kids out on structure. I think every day all children should have three hours of daydreaming, just daydreaming. You could use a little of it yourself by the way. Just sit at the window and stare at the clouds, it’s good for you. If you want to know how you can help your children. LEAVE THEM THE FUCK ALONE!!!
The vast majority of these parents are sincere but ignorant of the damage they are doing to their children. But there is a significant group of criminal parents who use the ’ I’m doing it all for the children.’ refrain to conceal and justify their crimes. These criminals are easily identifiable to the trained eye. They are the ones who are always screaming the loudest and longest about the children and the future. They also make certain everyone around them knows how much they care and sacrifice for their children. An exteme case in point: in the years following World War II when the children of the surviving Nazis asked their fathers why they did what they did they responded with the sanctimonious sincerity of the rigorously programmed ‘We were doing it for you the children and for the future of humanity.’ The Roman Emperor Tiberius, who out of paranoia and senility murdered his children and many of his grandchildren before his surviving grandchildren suffocated him with a pillow out of desperation, remarked near the end of his life that he was creating a nest of vipers to rule the empire. And indeed the criminally insane Nero and Caligula, who had been tormented by Tiberius in chidhood, became two of the most infamous political leaders in history. Like Tiberius these criminal parents understand full well the damage they are doing to their children while they babble to all about how everything should be for the children.
Obviously I am not against children. Certainly our children must be protected, to a point. However I will not hesitate to speak up against those who use and ultimately damage both the children and the community by using the pretense of protecting children for their own selfish purposes. In my own hometown of Pittsburgh hardly a week goes by without a sensationalized broadcast news story about some sexual predator on the internet which is invariably a lead story. The obviously deliberate innuendo presented by these news items give the impression that the internet is a haven full of perverts looking to exploit helpless young children. Could this have anything to do with the fact that the internet has deeply cut into television ratings? Nooooooooo. This is just objective news reporting of the facts. Even more upsetting and insidious is that these sensationalized news features are being used to justify internet censorship which certain elements have been working for since the creation of the World Wide Web.

Pretty cool norweigan artiste. I also like “wherever you go I go to” catchy title, relaxed vibe, but vibrantly variant song (;
I have been writing alot lately, but I noticed my reading and writing has been ecstatically moving to sci fi. Doctor Who (see netflix) sparked my vortex into this new dimension of entertainment for three great words… the SENSE OF WONDER. the sense of wonder is such a powerful tool to promote hope in people’s hearts, something i hope to give to the light of the new generations and the world of today :)
Man I need to dedicate more stuff to this blog though, because so much new insight, reading, and discoveries…like the underground temples near sri lanka, the most traveled people website (871 countries!) and many more interesting foods, flavors, sights, insights. As of write now, my profession interest has changed from actress/comedian/dancer, to talent agent/writer/director. As for fitness I’ve taken on a new art of brazilian jiu jitsu that’s deadly awesome.
In Brave New Words: The Oxford Dictionary of Science Fiction the term sense of wonder is defined as follows:
SENSE OF WONDER n. a feeling of awakening or awe triggered by an expansion of one’s awareness of what is possible or by confrontation with the vastness of space and time, as brought on by reading science fiction.[2]:179
Science fiction’s appeal lies in combination of the rational, the believable, with the miraculous. It is an appeal to the sense of wonder
